You can submit your non-binding inquiry for a booth or program point here. The time of receipt is not the only criterion for acceptance. You can expect a response starting from mid-April.
A further legal note: In a business context, this is a request for quotation (RFQ), not a binding order.
Don't panic! Generally, you do not have to pay for your readings, presentations, and program slots; we are glad you are coming. However, there were some discussions by uninvolved parties last year about the lack of price listings here. We can only provide quotes once we know the specific nature of your participation, as prices are not solely based on the number of tables or square metres required.
Inside Booth ⚠️

In the hall, we have tables approximately 2m wide and expected to be 50cm deep. For the 50cm depth, we have a limited number of slots where tables can be placed in two rows to achieve a total depth of 1m. For requests of multiple tables, we reserve the right to arrange them in an L-shaped setup.
